Since the school's founding in 2002, the Boston Trinity Lions have won over 25 league championships. Building community across grades.

The House system at Boston Trinity Academy aims to develop genuine community and pride in school culture while giving students significant opportunities for responsibility and 领导. Each student is assigned to one of four Houses, each named after an American champion of social justice: Jane Addams, 弗雷德里克·道格拉斯, 约翰·艾略特, 还有哈丽特·塔布曼. Two seniors lead each house by developing relationships within their House and fostering positive school culture. Houses also engage in friendly competition for the House Cup. They win points towards this end by engaging in a variety of activities that benefit the community.
